And homepages.msn.com is actually not Microsoft service but it's outsourced service ( don't remember who actually hosts it).

2. Have you ever been in France? All French wine I drinked was produced in France ( and I drinked a lot :) so your third statement is absolute nonsense.

They were not completely objective when testing CGI. ASP would be a better choice and ASP scripts could be created to match functionality of CGI scripts.
