It's wonderful if you already own a Gameboy Advance. The beauty of Gameboy Advance games is that the system is portable. Playing games that are graphically inferior and shorter in play time isn't a big selling point. Though that GBA screen is hard as hell to see I could see why you'd want to play it on your TV, but they already sell an adapter for that. If this is to appeal to those who don't have a GBA, I would say to them, find a good deal on a GBA, spend the $30 extra bucks, and buy an actual GBA.
