One of the mods for UT, Excessive UT (currently living at this site and using two mods) has a community and admin group that border on rabidly anti-cheat. Though the servers do show up in the UT browser, you will find it easier to look for them in the via the website.
The players there are a small community; we mostly know each other by tag and location, although some of the players actually live near each other. You are extremely likely to get a fair game, every time. There are random botters that show up; but the servers are actively monitored, and cheaters kicked and banned, sometimes right away.
Be warned: Excessive UT is a series of bright lights, loud noises, and the screams of your dying enemies. IOW, it's the perfect game. I play as Jack Death; if you show up and see me, say hi.
