does that mean that I'm guilty of violating the DMCA? Can CompUSA sue me then? I wouldn't think so since I'm just some poor dumb schmuck looking to save a buck or two instead of getting taken advantage of by a large corporation.
The only time in which I personally can approve of Walmart (and the other retailers) conduct is when "privileged" information was leaked -- i.e. information protected by some type of non-disclosure agreement.
