Hmmm... I personally ALWAYS require evidence AND a valid argument to determine whether something is wrong/immoral. Likewise, ALL things which are moral I REQUIRE evidence AND a valid argument for....
This is the way it is always supposed to be, is it not? That is what Logic is for.
