the celeron-II is a decent value for BX-motherboard owners who will overclock to 100-112Mhz. the article you mentioned even admits it didn't overclock the celeron-II properly, although it's written very slyly, as if it purposely was meant to slander the new celeron-II. bad choice of reading, if you ask me. try www.hardocp.com or www.overclockers.com, etc. sheesh
