Ok, how about the more serious aspects of this??? Picture this: An person driving on the highway at right aroundthe speed limit. All of a sudden, some retard starts to tail him. So,he speeds up to avoid the guy, only to have his car slowed instantly back to the speed limit. What happens when he slows back to 65 and the other Guy's still going 75? A loud noise and lots of problems.
