Its pretty cool when you can replicate a technology by simply reading the specification. The OSI and CORBA specs should have been so tight. It probably didn't hurt that Microsoft hired some of the key Apollo engineers like Paul Leech.
I would agree. If you wanted CORBA to be secure (beyond the level 1 ssl stuff), you usually did it by using a DCE based product.
Maybe we could do that with SOAP?
