Convenient that Intel thinks widespread demand for 64-bit won't occur until 2007 since they don't have a 64-bit desktop processor and Itanium tanked. AMD knows better. The stuff is coming. Actually, its already here. Valve Software has announced that a 64-bit version of its Counter-Strike server software and it runs 30% faster than the 32-bit version on AMD's upcoming Opteron processor.
