Please tell me that they have these all over the country. Here in Portland we must have 5 or 6 places where for a dollar you can see last months movies in vintage theaters.
No laser pointing 13 year olds.
They deliver pizza to your seat.
They don't seem to care if you stay for the next viewing.
And the pitchers of beer (Micros of course) are only $7-8.
I reached Nirvana in this town after I turned 21... it would be a shame to hear that such wonderful establishments aren't all over the country.
What?!! You'd have to use Xemacs... heaven forbid.

I was being sarcastic. I love Emacs. I love XEmacs. I know that XEmacs is based off of the emacs19 sources, but from what I understood they splintered quite a bit towards the end of 19 development (because of RMS), and have splintered even more since then. Personally I use Emacs more than XEmacs, but that's just because it's what's installed.

I know that I'm not the only person who is/was friends with people who've spent literally thousands of dollars keeping up their system so they can be the `best' Quake players out there. I'm talking about people who have T1 lines in their homes, who would move to get a better ping time, who have to have the newest/fastest/coolest card/chip/game/mousepad the day it comes out. Just because someone (stupidly) paid money to further themselves in Ultima Online doesn't mean that it hasn't happened before and that it won't happen again.
Then I could have Quake twice before all of the Windows people. :)
This quote reminded me of that Russian Roulette PERL script that either Cmdr. Taco or Hemos wrote oh so long ago. :)

Funny how it only took me about three seconds to find it...

Let's see. SP2 out the door one day... _HUGE_ problems found (eg. bye-bye hard drive). It was pulled months ago and they still haven't rereleased it.
