Ever looked at the length of some of these EULAs? For instance, Claria Corporations GATOR, in one version of its EULA, did disclose that the software was "advertising supported". This EULA was six times than the United States Constitution. Most people I know don't even know the main ideas of the Constitution, but the average consumer is expected to fully understand each and every EULA on software they install?

To quote Religioustolerance.org - paraphrase - Since he's a higher power, why not simply rearrange a couple of stars to read "I AM". You'd see the number of atheists drop to zero.

Of course the religions would still argue, as Muslims, Jews and Christians wouldn't know who, if any, are correct :)

I thought NT stood for new technology, so Win2k comes out and says "built on NT technology" - built on new technology technology? It's like saying your going to put a NIC card in your computer :)

A couple of weeks ago, someone from the Atlanta-Journal Constitution called my cell phone trying to sell me a newspaper. When I informed him it was my cell, he didn't even apologize, he just hung up. To me, telemarketers are sort of like pop-ups. I've seen one (or had one call me) and think, "Wow, I really need to buy that."
