Probably quite a few. The "Overview" section does say "Surface with Windows RT works exclusively with apps from the Windows Store."
This is all "planned obsolesence" moving forward with Windows technologies means the previous generations need to go away. Apps need to go through the Microsoft Store to be published to Windows Phone/Windows 8/Windows RT. Welcome to the "new".
Handing over your private encryption keys to the FBI and leveraging existing wire taps with ISPs could accomplish the same thing. Not? Not much need to re-write software to capture data since all they really need is inside your tunnels.
Talking SANS, I really wouldn't care what PC vendors bring out for PCI Express, I don't think I'll be attaching my SANS to a 32-bit bus solution anyway.
I agree, I haven't been forced into any upgrade cycle in the past 2 years. And the reason is because I stopped gaming. When I was a gamer I was always on the latest and greatest. But as soon as I stopped, I found my computer was fine for all other applications I could possibly want to run.
