running away from monsters, lots of death and almost losing all my
friends?
Galdalf: Nah, I know some big eagles that can fly us straight to the
mountain and we can drop it in the lava. We'll be home by tea.

The guy who wrote and dispatched this virus knew exactly that what he was doing could cause at worst a lot of inconvience and possibly more serious consequences. he has to be held accountable for his actions.
The law should be enforced to the max on this guy
