Anything that gets AmigaOS in the public eye is a Good Thing, in my book. My main computer is an X1000 running AmigaOS 4.1 and - with a little help from AmiCygnix - does everything I need. The website isn't a new idea, but it's still cool.
There's now a Word plug-in for Zotero. I use it for my PhD and find it extremely flexible. I have looked at Mendeley but their user support is pretty poor (maybe it is better if you upgrade to a paid account?) and unless you're running a mainstream OS, you are basically s*rewed.
Timberwolf on the X1000 can't compare (yet) with Firefox on Wintel, but it's fun (and other browsers are available on the Amiga, including those running under AmiCygnix [YouTube]). And this is a work in development.
The more alternatives there are to the mainstream OSes, the better!
Yes, but they want to express it as 3.3^3 to bring out the relationship with a 3.3 shape (ie, a square). (You are reading "3.3" as "3 multiplied by 3", aren't you?)
Mmmm, the answer to 39 in the article is "A". But like the parent post, I'd got the answer to 34 wrong. I think you're right that the graph is meant to indicate the core starts at around 2800km but it's hardly obvious. What surprised me more was that 1274s wasn't one of the options as I would happily have picked that!
To be honest, the only move as far as I can tell is... he changes the DNS of his server.
Well, he explains the problems this would cause: "There are approximately 2000 legitimate users of the GPS.dix.dk server, and most of these have correctly configured their NTP software using the DNS name, so changing the name would be a very timeconsuming effort for both me and for the hundreds of system administrators this would affect."
Yea, but as the article makes clear, the images are not on Perfect 10 servers. The complaint is that other websites have pirated the images and it is there which Google is indexing
Anyone else confused by the FAQ? Q4 and Q5 are the same ("What if I'm a UK user who already has a Gmail address?") but the answer is different! Am I missing something?....

There is more detail about the rescue on my icNorthWales site here
The guy's being satirical, as in "don't take him at face value". Pretty funny, actually.
Umm, no - this is from the Special Theory. >Einstein's general theory of relativity means that >signals cannot travel faster than the speed of >light.
He is using "Apology" in the sense of "defence of", cf. John Henry Newman's Apologia Pro Vita Sua
