I work for a pretty big company and they've used Cisco Security Agent. It's been kind of a pain in the a** because it monitors all execution on your computer and complains of any suspicious behavior, but they've been able to write some rules to get around that.

It's pretty good because its not really like a virus detector that detects known spyware, it tries to watch for any suspicious behavior.
