Not true. While warrants do require a clear indication of what is being searched for, any other evidence that is stumbled across during the execution of the warrant is absolutely usable and admissable.
To use a more extreme example, if cops are executing a search warrant to look for a gun in your house and they stumble across that 50 plant grow operation in the basement while they're searching, you're in a heap of hurt.
