    ...that some buds were helping out Richard Clarke, who was trying to push his book recently, titled Cyber War, warning the nation about the future Chines cyber war against America, but neglecting to mention to his readers that Clarke was National Security Advisor to Clinton when Clinton "gave away"*** the over-the-horizon targeting technology to the Chinese dictators, and Clarke was also Advisor the the Bush administration when they allowed China to purchase that highly technical and defense-sensitive ball bearings factory in Ohio.

    ***And people wonder why the USA flew and rolled so easily into Iraq a few years back after the Chicoms had installed their sophisticated electronic countermeasures (try tit-for-tat).

And there are plenty more of us authentic dems who can point to at least fifty of Obama's presidential appointments directly respponsible for the economic meltdown and the Long Depression. (Contrary to those faux crats, who claim ONLY the R-Cons were responsible for it.

    It takes considerable resources to put something like this together, and the two probable entities would be the USA (DoD/NSA)or the gov't. of Denmark, as these are the only two countries (other than Germany, but I would discount them) who have the requisite relationships with Siemens and other groups to pull this off.

    Thank you kju for your wise comments. Although I fear Cryptome and Wikileaks were both the victims of state-sponsored terrorism cracking.

    Just as that stuxnet was the product of state-sponsored sabotage, which will now allow corporate criminal organizations to promote corporate espionage against any smaller competitors, making it effectively impossible to trace back the origin of future stuxnets since it has been public domained.

    No, Microsoft doesn't have the right to practise copyright piracy, by licensing software, then incorporating it into their own operating systems, then demand everyone else obey the anti-piracy laws.

    No, Microsoft doesn't have the right to use their tax-free foundation to push their investments, such as Monsanto and their GMOs, and those global development bonds (securitized debt).

    No, individuals must be held accountable for their amoral actions. Period. In China, they routinely arrest, jail and sometimes execute their criminal CEOs. In America, the Corporate Fascist State, they won't even arrest anyone at Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Merck (all have paid extremely high, although not legitimately high enough criminal penalties, or out-of-court settlements). Nor Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, AIG, GE, JPMorgan Chase.....

    ...Naaah..it's got all the hallmarks of a typical intel operation:

    First, they make the calls when the senior prosecutor was off-duty, and the junior one takes the incoming information.

    Next, it was done at the end of the work week, so the most junior prosecutor must issue a warrant as Mr. Assange is a foreign national in Sweden, and they fear he might abscond out of their country.

    Senior prosecutor returns, and since this has achieved international notoriety, thanks to dishonest Svensk reporters, prosecutor announces insufficient grounds for arrest warrant.

    Definite smear campaign (we await phase II, but others are working behind the scenes against the ne'er-do-wells).
