It all starts with that fancy Swiss knife that they confiscate. Those get given to their friends and sold on eBay, so why not steal the rest of your belongings, given the morality that that engenders.
They reason most so-called "reputable" news sources won't pay for it, is because they are so used to being paid, directly or indirectly, for putting propaganda out to the public! Just goes against tradition....
Now,I wouldn't mind if the government could be convinced that terrorists are responsible for spam. True or not, I'd love to see them distract themselves with trying to solve it.
