It seems to me that if the designers had stuck to the original 115m diameter, we wouldn't have called this thing a *compact* disc. Quite a typo to repeat twice in the document.
If somebody cannot obey the basic rules of society, then they should be excluded from society.

I'm certainly not condoning copyright infringement, but that doesn't entitle you to commit criminal acts.
