By the way, there is another thing totally insane with acrobat, it's the automatic updates... So now, you have to download updates for win, ff, java, adobe, each times there is an update... It's really crazy.
Linus has a great quality, he is pragmatic, anytime he try to use the best tools for his needs. Do not forget that when the folks of bitkeeper changed their minds, giving up the support for the kernel's sources, Linus designed git in less than one week.
