By a cursory glance at the code, it seems that the function and variable names that were copied are internal. Therefore, it is some indication that the programmer for Apache looked at JBoss code.
How much of it is an issue, I don't fully know because the code segment involved seem to be pretty simple/straight-forward, and not some complicated algorithm.
