This got me at first too. Many buses have bike racks attached to the front of the bus. I'm guessing the poster used that in the morning.
A fax machine's UI is about as user friendly as a linux shell without man pages. That belongs on a thinkgeek T-shirt. I'd buy it -- nothing against any of the linux shells of course ;)
