And water is a great example of how the commerce clause should apply.

Where does the water that's going through the water meter come from? Typically, either an aquifer spanning multiple-state...or a river passing through multiple states.

At least in the Southwest, a lot of it's coming from the Colorado river, and if it weren't for the federal water board intervening to stop state greed, there wouldn't be a Colorado river past, say, Colorado. So the federal government has a clear and compelling interest in water conservation.

If you want to make wacky libertarian objections to the commerce clause, you need a much better example.

  2. 600 has much longer-lasting battery on First Review of the Treo 600 Smartphone · · Score: 1

While the 180 did have a small battery (Handspring claimed 2.5 hours talktime, I got a bit less), the 600 will have a 1800 mAh battery which is supposed to give 6 hours. Compares well with many phones...

There will also be a 1200 mAh battery sled released at/around the same time as the Treo 600, which does the same job as a replaceable battery for those who need one.

Just read your article...aside from being vaporware, the Samsung device "is listed on Samsung's web site as '162 x 176 pixels (324 x 352 support).'" Sounds like they're using a 160x160 screen and attempting to fool customers with their "2x digital zoom."

There are a few available now that work with the current Treos (and should work with the 600) from Micro Innovations, Targus, Belkin ... See TreoCentral

    Nice troll...

But I wouldn't put it past IBM's AIX people to take advantage of the Linux confusion to poach a customer or two?? After all they have to meet sales targets too...
