The problem with this is that it is far reaching and vague. If there is a true security issue with this system, should not consumers be made aware of the potential problem. Imagine where the world would be if products that caused harm could have hidden. Mercury, DDT, and other toxic things.
Let the people hear the word and then the companies will be forced to fix the problem!
How does this work for spam that comes from foreign ISP's like China? This will fail because of the non-border reach of the internet. I wish it would work, but I am afraid it will just clog the courts.
Actually I think the market would be flooded by the Russian holdings and diamonds would then be devalued. I am sure that the Russian government would love to be the leader in this arena.
Diamonds are only valued based on perception, not reality. Any new technology the expands our communication, should be validated and checked for usability. Hope it works
