I don't know why anyone else hasn't brought it up I have on my desk 6 monitors, plus one machine runs to the tv in the lounge, using synergy I can have my g4 desktop machine, my 17" powerbook, a linux box and a windows box, all with one nice keyboard and one nice mouse in the middle of the desk. Also synergy also deals with copying (text based) things around the clip boards which has proved to be amazing! http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/
