Yes, this year's TG is actually the world's largest computer event/party (ever held). I just read a bizarre posting claiming that TG is fake/hoax and that there was no proof on the official website. (I won't even bother to find and reply to that posting, I'll just start up a new thread.) Well, if you don't believe us - here is a link to the original floor plan layout:
As you can see, the "body count" was actually supposed to be around 5400. However, because of safety/security and BS/misc reasons it was eventually cut down to 5064; here is the final/official floor plan:
