No, the Intel C++ compiler will not compile Objective-C for the forseeable future. Outside of Apple, I imagine that the great majority of commercial software programs are written with C++ and Carbon in order to share code with other platforms.
IIRC, Photoshop 3.0 was available for Solaris. I'm sure it would be a big task for Adobe to make a production version of Photoshop for Linux. I wouldn't be surprised if they have an internal proof-of-concept version though.
