In Poland only electronical way to submit tax returns is by Windows-only closed-source program "Patnik" (made by Prokom, an unlawful goverment software monopolist)
Software itself is bloated s**t and government refuses to make it open-source. Bribes, bribes, bribes...
It is not worse. News mentions "Highly Critical" bug, while the one that affects Opera is "Not Critical": http://secunia.com/advisories/13257/
It is fixed already, in beta version though. http://snapshot.opera.com
MorphOS on Pegasos boots in 2 seconds. I've seen it. You can only dream of such quick responsivness on Win.
It's written from scratch, modernized clone of AmigaOS (which ran fine on 7mhz machine).
Its new platform and new os, but its fully usable now. New features show up every day. I find it very good compromise between ease of use of mac and total control of linux.
Platform is easy to develop for, and Genesi supports developers [http://www.phinixi.com/about.php]

Current browser GUI layout is crazy when you think about it:
Back button = top left
Close button = top right
plus typical IE usage:
Switch between windows = bottom
Scroll = right
That is worst Fitts' nightmare! Mouse goes all over the screen!
In this case mouse gestures are ideal solution, but unfortunately most users are too stupid to help themselves use the software.
