Without looking at it, it's kind of pointless to speculate. It could be for some specific innovation to enable that, rather than just the concept. At least it's not as ludicrous as "slide to unlock"
Somehow, I don't think a 40GB drive will suffice for storing enough HD video to have a sufficiently large P2P base.
Motorola's outsourced IT monkeys have also deemed SP2 not ready for rollout, and have warned employees not to install it on machines as well..
