Seems Reasonable. However, Munich is in Europe. And we do have some legislation here which prevents Microsoft from decreasing its prices. The European Union forbids Market Leaders (which Microsoft for Office Suites unmistakebly is) to decrease its prices. Therefore, Microsoft is not able to convince organisations financially. This is great news for Open Source community.
