    One gentleman who had all sorts of problems with his Bell atlantic DSL was so frustrated by his mistreatment that he registered three domain names for his website: www.ihatethephonecompany.com, www.phoneproblems.com, and www.theydontcare.com.

    His personal testimonial, particularly the long version, makes for a good read.

    There are also some resources for NY area DSL sufferers. I'm not one, so I don't know if they're useful.
