well as you didn't bother to read the background. the guy wasn't driving his daughter was. He was also outside the vehicle at the time (leaning on the open passenger window talking to her). Thats pretty much off.
Ummm actualy they did. The DVD extras have a short featurette about it.
ummmm. There are no indigenous people in NZ, the only native mammal is a bat. The Maori which on occasion claim to be indigenous came down on cannoes from the pacific islands.
They have already tried that a couple of times.
