"I don't see the big news here".
Perhaps to keep in the forefront the fact that the militarized police in the USA have these weapons at the ready for crowd control, if not crowd decimation.
You are at a loss. We do not have capitalism, CERTAINLY not a free market, in the US, which I assume is your country of origin. We have corporatism.
Even your guru (I'm assuming, but I bet I'm close) Michael Moore has admitted the same in interviews, but to bash capitalism sounds so righteous. Take some time and bone up on your world, you have little time before this Greater Depression sets in very deeply.
Wow, you should hop into Wells' machine and get back there, as that statement is completely non-sensical, to say the least. Humorous, and jaw-dropping ignorant, but not correct.
You mention the Cato Institute, known as a Beltway Libertarian organization. That's like saying Republicans are true conservatives, or saying that the Heartland Institute is libertarian. (Friedman notwithstanding, MF was of the Chicago School of Economics, and is NOT considered a libertarian.)
Organizations that are libertarian and individuals that I would name as such would be The Mises Institute and Rothbard, Woods, Paul, Schiff, Hayek and Rockwell. Others are LINO.
Whereas you "seem" to be connected to Big Pharma and Big Gov?
Sorry, if you don't like Sardi, try Mercola. Try to find alternative information.
I'll stop here, but when statists come out of the woodwork, I get a little upset.
Oh, here's a quote: "For starters, what becomes of Corel's Linux plans? Corel has poured considerable resources into its Corel Linux operating system and porting its business and graphics applications to Linux. The company has positioned its Linux efforts as the linchpin of its comeback strategy, but there was no mention of Linux on the conference call Monday."
Perhaps a type of non-disparagement agreement, that if MS betrays, Corel Linux is able to be sprung forth?
Wouldn't Quattro and WordPerfect on X/Linux really hurt MS Office?

You are under corporatism, not capitalism. Need a reading primer? I can supply.
