  1. Worm writers are the warriors against MS on Laws to Punish Insecure Software Vendors? · · Score: 1

Lots of people hate MS for numerous reasons. Some people write software for free so that others can use it and don't have to pay MS for it. Some people pirate MS software, taking away from their precious revenue. Some people talk shit. Some people sue. Some people create virii and worms to exploit MS software flaws so that lackies can see the light. Some people write things for fun. Some for money. Some for a vendeta. And whatever other crazy ideas go along with killing the beast.

  2. My DARE officer was arrested on Has D.A.R.E Been Effective? · · Score: 1

When I was in elementary school our DARE officer
was arrested for robbing abank wearing a gorilla
mask. He got 20 some years. The school brought in
all sorts of therapists that made everyone cry.
It's been years now, and I've done all sorts of
drugs. Did some last night actually. LSD is my
favorite. So now DARE doesn't work.

I may be dillusional but this looks to me like the same old capitalism we've always had. It's not different. It's not obsurd. It's common sense really. Keep the power where it belongs. The movie industry just wants to remind us all who is in charge. I just see this as just an obvious example of why things need changing. Capitalism is about hinding information so to better exploit it for monetary gains. Information sharing is where it's at and our current systems of economics and government don't reflect that. If you want to point the blame for this situation point it at the system not the movie industry.
