Hey wait someone came to the same conclusion as me, and put the same comment. I am sueing cause it looks like mine, and sence no one else has ever tried the same thing it has to be a copy!!
Do I sense some bitterness? Did someone get shut down cause they couldn't get an IT job? Do you feel left out cause all of your friends that don't have a stick stuck in an extremity got a better paying job than you? Be happy and the IT Gods will smile on you with a real job...
Check for a district college scholarship packet with a councelor, it might be a little late but you can still try.
Lets look at the situation:
Recession in more than one state.
Space budget already got a boost.
And lots of poor people in america.
Now should we go for more into space or fix problems at home.
Eat food, now or later?
Send another monkey to space just to show US > Nigeria?
Screw California more using Texas companies, now or later?
Or continue war in hopes of getting in history book as the president that saved the Middle East?
or worry and make decisions on actual things involving the people of USA.
To be in power, is to be wrong either way...
If Dungeon Siege flopped why are they making a DS 2?
There will never be enough LOTR stuff, excluding games the games need to be better! I think DS is a good game and is a better moder than any other RPG, i mean they are taking the engine and the chars and making it into an RTS mod already.
If hackinga bad site that is seen as bad to some and defacing it is against hacking ethics (the free flow of information part), what about hacking a site that is trying to stop the flow of free information, linux for christ sake! Would anyone have distain for that hacker?

Just use what they have on common. An implementation of TCP/IP a piece, so use the next level up (ie. FTP, HTTP). Or samba, its not too evil.
