I couldn't agree more. Especially with the don't like it, don't fly it. That's exactly how you get policies that you aren't happy about changed. If enough people refuse to fly Southeast because of the new policy, they'll realize that it's not in the best interest of their bottom line.
Personally, though, I don't see what the big deal is. So they have video of you sleeping/picking your nose through a flight. How does this affect you?
