even if java is a few seconds faster, it doesn't matter, its the same concept of "our computer is 2 seconds faster, pay us an extra 100$ and be faster by 2 seconds", only, learn our language, and be faster. A lot of it is the methods used, and even if you used the fastest method for whatever your doing, it doesn't matter if it is faster by a few seconds. I dont think any of us should choose what programming language we use by speed tests, its what the programmer feels most comfortable using.
