Ok this is a issue in the Higher ED space, and others I am aware of. So waht is best practice to prevent these kind of lawsuits? I know stop P2P, but how firewalls cant stop traffic fraom all the ports these users are downloading from. The end users are smart, they know to change the cliet to port 80, which everyone lets port 80 out. SHOW ME THE LAYER 7 FIREWALL........
