Where I work we use Insightserver with the connector, and I must say.... It isnt great. The connector bumbs out when synching quite a lot. result of that is double mail and more crashes. Als making calendar items in the webclient fails from time to time (placing appointments on the wrong day and/or time) etc.etc.etc
Actually were considering moving away to something else, even to a real exchange server. Because all the tinkering time I have to do actually costs more then the yearly m$ license fees.
Great game, turn-based (sort-of, you can change the way moves are made), lot's of fun and it look great too runs on about everything but the kitchensink.
