"coin a phrase"! How about bringing new meaning to "a penny for your thoughts" refering to the size in the Nature article.

AOL users are just refusing to grow up, that most notably includes not growing up with the internet. Somebody here even bragged about having an AOL account for ten years. Probably got the account while in junior high.

I have the REX 6000 that I bought a few months ago from eBay after washing my old one. There is a disadvantage of being too small. Looks very similar. Downloads for a similar device from Citizen also worked for the most part on the REX. Uses the same code as an old Radio Shack Model I Z80. They quit making them about three years ago when Intel(?) bought Xircom who had bought it from Franklin.

That struck a chord. If I can't find it on the internett, I just give up. Except for The Daily Show with John Stewart, I get all my news from the internet. I think that I quit the TV news completely during the Lewinski BJs and never looked back. From what I read on line, the media mergers are only making it worse. Scanning the headlines from news outlets in other countries tell me that the issues we see are too narrow, one of the major topics being ignored is that the hatred for Bush extends well beyound our borders. I've been an internet news junky for only six years or so, not eight or more, but then I'm 57 and maybe a little slower to catch on or was less willing to give up on the media. My take on it now is that the internet will take over for those who want to be informed. The rest is just entertainment.
