As a director, I can take a script, after written, and direct the scene to a comedy or drama. It might not be good in both (or either), but passable as either.

There was no warrant or trial, so the Chief of Police violated the Constitution. Knowing the shooter needs to die isn't the same as using Due Process to execute him according to TX and US law.
