The Feng Shui/Footprint portion of the Fireworks display was obviously CG'd.
It would be impossible to get permission to do so in the areas where they were supposedly launched.
And with the smog, err fog problem in Beijing... having real fireworks only added to the problem and been environmentally irresponsible.:) SCC
Patent law needs to be seriously overhauled.
Anyone can apply for a patent.
Even an upgrade, slight change or adjustment to an existing patent can be obtained.
Patent Trolls run rampant.
It's just ridiculously out of control.
Using government issued ID to comment or otherwise utilise a web site would only increase identity theft. There are already web sites that require OpenID which is more than sufficient.
