If you think batteries are more efficent than hydrogen than you are wrong and have been probably duped by auto and energy lobbyists.
What you're missing is that you *don't* have electricity in the first place - it must be generated.
Hydrogen can be produced *directly* by "cracking" all kinds of greens:
- very efficiently
- at small to large scales (the bigger the better, about 250 MW beeing the optimum)

Yes, thats the biggest problem I see with AJAX. I had to tell the users that they should close IE when it's getting slow.
Thats sad, but Firefox seems a bit better to me in this case.
Perhaps M$ have fixed it in IE7?
