Actually, I think it is important to note that IBM's lawyers are NOT on the side of the GPL; they are on the side of IBM. A small but important distinction. Don't kid yourselves and think that they wouldn't turn on the GPL in a heartbeat if it benefitted them

Still, I am not sure if this is going to be successful. People today don't seem to appreciate the 'intellectual' hero, they want action. Maybe they are going to cast Arnold as the new doc?
