Sounds like work for the same company. I agree with you, an ISP or worse a hosting enviroment is the toughest to secure, and then there's DDOS attacks. A small business doesn't have to worry about the complexity that a hosting provider would have to worry about, but then again, the employees at a hosting company can make things really difficult for yourself. It's fun undoing the mess a legal secratary can make by answering every email in her inbox.
