I thought we were all distributed under an open source license. Aren't we allowed to view and modify the code for our own purposes?
I haven't found any documentation yet, but it seems there are many people working very hard to reverse engineer the code. So I think that means we are running proprietary software.
We better watch out though, if we are caught breaking the EULA they might terminate all running code....
