its like those things in NYC where hundreds of people would meet suddedenly and do stupid things, than leave. if it was just one person doing that, you`d look nuts. But in a group, its art or something
I`ve had to help french tourists from time to time here, the look of relief of their face when someone can talk to them in their native tongue can actually be funny. And this is in canada, where we are official "bilingual".
The West should really encourage the learning of multiple languages.....
