I process "work requests" for new equipment, changes, and access as well as working in the Helpdesk. We have 10,000 employees and use our custom spice of Vantive (purchased by People Soft). All of the products mentioned in this thread do not meet our needs or our current implementation of Vantive. Each request consists of various activities that are assigned to various groups for completion. Currently, the requests arrive via email and are inputed by hand in Vantive. This product is on the cutting block for next year and will likely be replaced. Does anyone have any enterprise solutions that would possibly suit these needs?
