I have been working on power plants and energy generation for about 10 years and while a individual point in a energy generation cycle may get a high effeciency rating it is unheard of ( at least to my knowledge ) that the complete cycle, from start to finish get above 30 - 35 percent effecinecy.
Why would that be a problem ? Unless he has html off it still gave away his information.

You need to take a thermodynamics class. Those numbers your throwing out there are out to lunch in the real world.
