After listening to all the vaporous hype, I decided to go ahead and write my own, fully Xlib compatible replacement for X: #!/bin/sh exec xinit
X isn't slow. If you use Gentoo, you can compile X to be real specific to your architecture. My X runs really supafast! Maybe everyone should just try it!
